Nestled within a vibrant rural community, this innovative project has established a training and production center that mirrors a small-scale garment facility. Here, 20 to 25 women are gaining hands-on experience and professional training to create high-quality products like staff bags, tablet bags, aprons, and raincoats.
For many of these women, this marks their first step into skilled craftsmanship. With growing confidence, they now operate machines and produce items that carry both precision and pride.
